Our 9:00 am Sunday morning service will re-charge your mind, body and spirit, fueling and energizing you each weekend. The music of IUCC's Tapestry and Bell Choirs will relax your mind and take you to a place of peace and serenity.

Children of all ages are also encouraged to attend as each Sunday a "Children's Moment" led by Pastor Tom will take place. Children are welcome to participate and then are free to join our kids area and Sunday school. IUCC-Streamwood offers many nuturing and spiritual growth programs for our young children and adults. Throughout the year, we hold Easter celebrations, seasonal (Halloween & Christmas) parties, summer BBQs and many other family-fun events!

After our 9:00 am service, all our welcome to join us in our reception hall for complimentary coffee, good conversation with family and friends and even special treats on some Sundays!

Immanuel's second worship service offers a different expression of spirit. Rather than leave, or try and wrestle our traditional service into a new form, these friends have committed themselves to creating something new here at Immanuel, something to be offered to the entire community, a gift.

On Sunday mornings we will gather in Volkening Hall at 10:45 am for a more personal, hopefully more interactive opportunity to share in the presence of God. We will discuss the events in our lives and the events in the news, setting everything in a context of faith. We will learn new spiritual practices that can help us shape not only worship, but everyday living as well. We will practice varieties of prayer, some quiet and meditative, some full bodied and expressive. We will sing songs, from a very wide selection of music, and every week we will close with a special service of communion and blessing.

All are welcome to this second service (members, friends, total strangers, the young, the very young, the not-quite-as-young-as-they-once-were, everyone!)
