We met after fellowship on
March 29th to make Easter baskets. These baskets were given to
members who are shut ins, younger children of the church, Little
Angels Nursing Home in Elgin and the Crisis Center in Elgin. They
were distributed on Palm Sunday.
Hub Dinner: On the last
Wednesday of the month, you may choose to pay only $3 with a
donation of a non-perishable food item. These items will be donated
to the Food Pantry.
We are planning to serve
dinner with the “Night Ministry” on May 2 at the 9:00 PM stop. We
will meet at 6:00 at the church to begin food preparation.

During the beginning of
March, we once again took part in the Night Ministry Project of
feeding the homeless in the Chicago land area. What a rewarding
experience! We are scheduled to do this again in May.
